Prohibition On Changing Registration
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the registration certificate must not be issued in such a manner as to change the registration of a motor vehicle having obtained the registration certificate upon being registered as a goods motor vehicle into a passenger motor vehicle.
